It was my first time. I only come for a cleaning teeth.wow! I am so amazed I can't stop looking at my teeth so clean 😆. As well one of my tooth was bad so almost infect my others teeths.glad I did listen and be brave to extract it off.it saved all my teeth.i love the amazing people's so friendly and caring and understanding and very patiently to explain step by step.also funny 🤣 and with full spirit to keep customer not to be scared and I love how they treat kids so caring and openly. my son love them. It was worth it they saved my teeths.and continue to go when I need it :).I will recommend it....

I went for a routine exam & cleaning. I arrived a few minutes prior to my 2:45 appointment, to the offfice where they apologized for the warm air (AC not fully working). I then waited until 3:40 & got up to ask if they forgot me as I was still waiting to be taken to the back. After about 10 minutes I was taken to the back & started my Checkup. There were delays with X-ray equipment & apparently someone must have called out as I then had to wait for the doctor & then the hygienist. I didn’t leave the office for my routine check & cleaning until 5:42pm- 3 hours: the doctor and hygienist were great, but would have rather been rescheduled so that this took place during a normal 1-1.5 hr appointment slot.

Highly recommended. The team here is absolutely amazing, they’re funny and full of life. Shout out to Yasmin,Suna,Fridu, and Pandey. They did a fantastic job explaining things to make everything as clear as possible and taking care of me. They send a specialized team through to talk to you individually to not make things feel overwhelming.

Predatory business. They spam you with texts/emails about deals constantly. Thought the first cleaning was free - paid $106 just for them to clean my top teeth only. I had to pay an additional $44 months later. They recommended coming back in another week for my bottom teeth and when I explained I couldn't just shell out another $100, they seemed to not understand. They also prescribed me a $200 antibiotic for gum inflammation, which I didn't bother filling. Took an hour for me to be seen. Oh and their system automatically schedules you for a new appointment in 6 months which I don't remember consenting to. Got really bad vibes from the place overall.

Terrible experience the first time I say when I first started going in 2021 I thought everyone was nice. Witch they were. I went for a root canal and a crown due to an issue they were having with their computer systems or whatever I was told that I can come in and eventually pick up my crown, but they couldn’t fit it with the x-ray machine, but if I had any issues in the future they would fix it. I was also told I have a warranty less than a year later. It came off and they cemented it back on said it should be better. It came off again less than later and I said at this point, it’s not fitting correctly I have warranty , can you please fix it? She went to the research and saw that they could not do the x-ray previously due to system issue but also stated that there is only a one to two year warranty on it. I was like, but it keeps coming off and I was told five years , I confirmed with my insurance There should’ve been a five year warranty. Before going to To them for us in fairly great condition except for like three cavities in the back etc. They wanted to charge me again for the same crown that didn’t fit right the first time to get redone, which does not seem fair.
